In teams of two:

5 min AMRAP

35 double unders

200 m run

-one person runs while the other does double unders, then switch

Then:

2 rounds Fight gone bad style, one min per station for reps:

Both work at the same time,

-burpees

-KB swings (53/35)

-box jumps 20″

-push-press (75/55)

-rows for cals

Then:

5 minutes total for both to establish a one rep max thruster
