We will have a Whole 30 meeting after the workout. If you have any questions or stories, please bring them. We should all be most of the way through the 30 day period. What do you do now? What have you found out? Hope to see you there.

Also, The CrossFit games are right around the corner. I hope everyone will try it. if you haven’t already, go to games.crossfit.com and create an account. If you have any questions about the open, ask us. Most of us have tried it. It’s a really fun competition, it takes place in our gym , but is linked in world wide. Good stuff.

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box
