**September brings  a new challenge.  This month we will have a push-up challenge.  Here are the rules.  To get credit for your push-ups, you must do them on the day designated at the gym.  You can not makeup or move ahead, you must do the, on the day of.  So tomorrow, everyone will do 1 push-up, 2 on the 2nd and so forth.  The goal is to increase the number of push-ups done in one set, so try to do,as many as you can in a row.  Happy September.**
