**For the first time ever, we are going to have a nutrition challenge in the month of January. Signup sheet is in the gym. please start researching “the whole 30” if you are interested. We will have 4 weekly meetings right after the Saturday morning WOD 11:00-12:00. The first meeting will be on January 6th 2018. I hope to see you there.
