** two teams, run in a relay style, you may not move to the next station until it has been completed by the athlete in front.

** only one male bar and one female bar per team, if you need to reduce the weight, you’ll need to plan to change plates. Males must use a 45# bar, females must use a 35# bar. Time adjustments will be made for reduced weight.

** winning team will each receive a free drink out of the cooler.
