10 sec bottom of squat stretch

10 squats

2 min rest



bottom-to-bottom squats

followed immediately by a one mile run

tabata is 8 sets of 20 sec of work, followed by 10 sec of rest

bottom to bottom squats begin and end in a full squat. One rep begins down, goes all the way up, then back down for one rep. The rest is done in the bottom position.
